About the event

My classes normally last 2-3 hours. It really depends on how many questions and how many students. Making the keychains or cuffs for basic classes only takes about 30-45 minutes. We will be staining. So, students need something like an apron or a big old white t-shirt or something. Any stain that gets on skin will wash off within a day or 2.

Mid level classes will include sewing and staining. We’d make rock cases. They’re kind of fun and teach you how to make custom cases. This class is $55. This class can be a 1 or 2 session option.

Higher level classes are $80 and include learning how to tool. Students would get to choose from a couple of designs and make an artistic piece the size of a sheet of paper. Then stain/paint it. This class would most likely be a 2 part class. I provide tools and materials. It’s not likely that anyone would seriously injure themselves, but we will be using knives and razors to cut the leather. There will be hammers being used too.
