MAKING A JAZZ GUMBO, in partnership with the New Orleans Jazz National Historical Park, combines live music with a cooking demonstration, connecting the metaphors of “jazz” and “gumbo” ingredients. See, hear, smell, and taste this performance. Free and open to the public.
