It's never too early to start

You are not alone!  While many families homeschool independently, that doesn't work for every family.  Options range from online classes and co-ops, to community settings or hiring someone to homeschool for you.  Here are a few local options. 


Adinkra NOLA is a Louisiana home study program providing instruction at levels Pre-K3-12 in an individualized, experiential learning environment. We offer a unique, un-schooling, home-study options for parents who want a more flexible approach for their young geniuses. 

Adinkra NOLA is a  five day a week, on-site, private home study program for youth and families in the Greater new Orleans Area.

Various Options Available

 Young Scholars is comprehensive educational enrichment program for families who choose to homeschool in a community. 

Meeting for 10 hours each week (two mornings for three hours and one afternoon for four hours), academic and co-curricular activities provide an enriching educational experience. In addition to a rigorous curriculum, we provide flexibility, support,  and a multi-disciplinary approach focusing on the whole child. Learn more about our educational philosophy      here.


 Classical Conversations supports homeschooling parents by cultivating the love of learning through a Christian worldview in fellowship with other families. We believe there are three keys to a great education: classical, Christian, and Community.

 Classical Conversations Metairie campus meets on Thursdays. Foundations classes are from 9-noon and    Essentials classes are from 1-3. We will meet at Lake Vista United Methodist Church in New Orleans, LA.
